fall 6.57% to $127.98
    ** Co expects its FY24 profit to be in a range of $7.70 to
$8.20 per share, below analysts' estimates of $8.40 per share -
LSEG 
    ** Co said on Monday it will spin off its Critical Mission
Solutions (CMS) business to rival contractor Amentum Services in
a deal worth $1 billion
    ** Co reports Q4 revenue of $4.28 bln, beating analysts'
estimates of $4.13 bln 
    ** On an adjusted basis, it earned $1.96 per share, higher
than analysts' estimates of $1.87 per share
    ** YTD, Jacobs up 6.08%
